Acne is a common skin condition that affects almost everyone at some point in their life. It’s caused by hormonal changes and stress, but sometimes there’s no identifiable cause for it.

While acne may seem like just an aesthetic problem, it can lead to low self-esteem and depression in some cases. Fortunately, there are plenty of treatments available for acne including topical medications and antibiotics. However, there are also many home remedies you can try before turning to medication which include:

  1. HONEY

Honey contains antibacterial and antioxidant properties that aid in the reduction of scarring caused by back acne, as well as removing dead skin cells. Plus, treating your skin with honey will give you a brighter complexion.

The Treatment: Mix honey with water in a bowl, then apply the mixture on your skin right where you have scars or dark spots from old breakouts- leave it there for only 2 minutes before rinsing off at room temperature without scrubbing too harshly so as not to damage any new wounds. You’ll want this routine twice per day but give yourself enough time because patience pays off when using natural remedies instead of chemical ones.

  1. Garlic

When it comes to natural home remedies, garlic is a fantastic ingredient. Garlic is one of the best acne scar treatments available, thanks to its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Garlic is an effective ingredient to use in the long run, even though it helps to reduce acne scars slowly.

The Treatment: 3 to 4 Garlic Cloves. This is not your average garlic bread recipe, but rather a simple and effective way of using it for scarring on your back! First you need to crush up some fresh or dried cloves into powder form then apply them where there are any scars with smooth forehead paste that has been applied directly onto the skin (without dissolving first). Let this sit about 5-10 minutes before rinsing off under cold water; As you use this remedy, you should notice your scars lightening and eventually disappearing.
